About the PSAT
Most students take the PSAT in October of sophomore year and then again
in October of junior year. Only the junior year score qualifies for the National Merit competition. Neither PSAT
score is used for admission purposes.
Test registration is arranged through your school. Schools have the option of offering the PSAT
on a Wednesday or a Saturday. Please call us to discuss the ideal test preparation program that can ready
you for both the PSAT and the SAT.

"My Compass tutors were able to work around my busy
schedule, and they came right to me. I'm used to practicing
for sports, but Compass showed me how I could apply those
same skills to raising my SAT scores. Best of all,
I got accepted by Harvard!"
