Andrew graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics. He is completing a Masters in Economics at NYU and plans to pursue a PhD in the field, specializing in Behavioral Economics. At Compass, he has worked with dozens of students on SAT and ACT math, AP Economics and Statistics, and the Math II Subject Test.
Christen graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Biochemistry, and is planning to pursue an MD in the future. In her many years of tutoring, she has helped students prepare for the AP Chemistry, Physics, and Biology tests, as well as advanced Chemistry courses and the Chemistry Subject Test.
Muffy graduated from Brown University with a double major in Anthropology and American Studies. Her experience as a tutor is vast, and she also puts her knowledge to work on trivia game shows. In addition to having a vibrant tutoring and screenwriting career, Muffy volunteers at a number of non-profits, including 826LA – an educational support provider – and local animal rescues.
After graduating from Harvard University with a BA in Biological Anthropology, Ajarae joined Teach for America and taught at under-resourced schools. Including her work at Compass, she has more than 12 years of private tutoring experience, and she specializes in teaching Math and Biology.
