ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Shipra is a Program Director at Compass Education, where she has supported hundreds of families with their testing goals. She grew up across three continents, graduating from Smith college with a degree in Economics and French, later earning an MBA from the Stern school at NYU. She earned plaudits for her one on one tutoring and classroom teaching throughout her own education journey. Following stints in banking and with a startup, she rediscovered a passion for fostering student success through work with high school families navigating the college process, and the International Baccalaureate. Shipra is also deeply engaged in an education non-profit, working to expand college access to underserved NYC students.

Practice Test Opportunities

Compass is proud to offer high-quality digital practice test opportunities at no cost for a limited time for families who attend an event hosted by their school. The accuracy of the tests and the depth of the reporting is exceptional.

Tests available include the digital adaptive PSAT and SAT (learn more here), as well as a digital version of the ACT (see demo here). The ACT test is the classic format: the science test is required and included in the Composite score. It also mirrors the paper/pencil test.

ACCESS, REPORTING, AND FOLLOW-UP

  • To access the tests through your Compass account, please go to my.compassprep.com and enter your email address. You will receive an email to activate your account. Click the link in that email and follow the instructions.
