Need help deciding between the ACT and SAT? Essentials provides a powerful headstart for students who need to strengthen their foundational math, reading, and writing skills before beginning formal SAT or ACT preparation.
9th and 10th Graders
AP Exams
Provide students with core strategies, practice test opportunities, and grading insights into nine of the most popular AP exams. The program consists of 10 90-minute review sessions with our most coveted AP experts and three full-length practice tests.
10th, 11th, and 12th Graders

Our group instructors are employees who are comprehensively trained and are among the most experienced in the industry, averaging over 1000 tutoring hours.
Classes are held online and in-person in New York City, Beverly Hills, Larkspur, California, and East Bay, California and cover a range of test preparation and academic subjects.

College Writing Prep
Prepares students of all writing abilities to transition from high school to college writing. The program consists of six 90-minute sessions with writing specialists, many of whom are current or former first-year college writing teachers.
12th Graders and High School Graduates
Math Summer Bridge
Provide students with a head start in Algebra II or Precalculus. The program consists of four two-hour sessions taught by Compass’ most experienced math instructors who use engaging, interactive discussion to keep students motivated.
